Service Description

One-on-one personal training sessions are designed to help active adults and athletes build strength, improve movement quality, and train with confidence. Each 60-minute session is tailored to your goals and may include: - Individualized strength and conditioning programming - Technique coaching and movement refinement - Progressions aligned with your training history - Emphasis on consistency, durability, and long-term results These sessions are ideal for clients looking to train smarter, stay active, and reduce the risk of future injuries.


Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy Payment is due at the time of service. All services are private-pay. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by your individual insurance plan. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. One courtesy late cancellation may be offered at the provider’s discretion. Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and will be charged the full session fee.
