Hey There!

About Me
Hi, I’m Cara, a physical therapist and movement coach helping people move better, stay strong, and train with confidence. I graduated from New York University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese Language & Literature from Hunter College. My love for movement began in Shanghai, China, where I worked as a fitness instructor and later became a personal trainer. With a background in strength and conditioning, I combine evidence-based physical therapy with tailored movement and strength work.
I work with a range of clients, including:
-
Active adults maintaining health and mobility
-
Rehab-focused clients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions
-
Post-rehab clients transitioning back to full activity
-
Athletes training for sport, fitness, or performance
I believe movement should feel functional, empowering, and enjoyable. Every plan I create is individualized to your goals, history, and lifestyle so you can train confidently and sustainably.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me weightlifting, rock climbing, cooking, or seeking my next food and travel adventure.
Let’s work together to help you move better, feel stronger, and train with confidence.
