Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website or engaging the services of Cara Chow Physical Therapy ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
Cara Chow Physical Therapy offers one-on-one physical therapy, personal training, and online programming services to clients in Manhattan, New York. Services are provided by Cara Chow, DPT, CSCS.
Not Medical Advice
The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or physical therapy program. Use of this website does not establish a provider-patient relationship.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.
Exception: If you cancel or miss a session but are able to reschedule to a later time within the same week, the late cancellation or no-show fee will be waived. This exception is available once per occurrence and is subject to availability.
Online Programming
Online programming services are delivered digitally and may include individualized training plans, exercise instructions, and ongoing communication. By purchasing online programming, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own health and safety during any exercise or activity.
Online programming is non-refundable once the program has been delivered. If you have concerns about your program, please contact us directly so we can work with you to address them.
Assumption of Risk
Physical therapy and personal training involve physical activity that carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By engaging our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all instructions and guidance provided. You represent that you are in suitable health to participate in the services you have engaged.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cara Chow Physical Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the session or service in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and programming materials, is the property of Cara Chow Physical Therapy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Changes to These Terms
